Van De Yacht & Associates, a full-service marketing and research firm, recently assisted the Park and Rec Department with a market research study for the City of Wausau. The objective of the study was to determine and measure residents’ opinions about Wausau’s public pool facilities and amenities to help guide future programs at each of the neighborhood pools.
Van De Yacht & Associates donated statistical resources and expertise for the project including methodology used to perform the survey, a question-by-question summary, and analysis. A random sampling of residents living within a one-mile radius of Kaiser Pool, Memorial Pool and Schulenburg Pool were invited to participate in the study.
“We were extremely pleased that we were able to donate research services to the Park and Rec Department,” said Christine Van De Yacht, Executive Vice President, and a member of the Wausau City Council. “I believe that our research team provided the Department with valuable information on our three neighborhood pools and what amenities residents might like to see in the future.”
In addition to market research studies, Van De Yacht & Associates offers integrated communication and design solutions for businesses.
